I'm now a PhD student in Department of Computing Science, University of Alberta. I'm glad to be a member of the Vision & Robotics Lab, under the supervision of Prof. Martin Jagersand. Before coming to UofA, I spent six exciting years in a research institute of CHALIECO, working on solutions for Construction and Mining Automation.

My current research focus is Robot Eye Hand Coordination, which is an old and wide topic including knowledge domains in computer vision, robot manipulation, control theory and machine learning. My dream is to bring low-cost and user-friendly personal robots to our homes, providing more supports to seniors, kids and handicapped people.
